Who do you work with Kim?
I work with businesses who are clear on their business WHY and mission. They’ve set goals and are invested in taking their business to the next level and succeeding. They are also excited to get their branding completed so they have a clear and authentic business look and style to promote. They also agree to be guided by a professional graphic designer and will stick to our project timeline. So if that’s you, let’s work together!
Do I make an appointment to see you or can we do this via email and phone calls?
Wild Seed Design is a home studio, so we do not make appointments. A quick 15 minute complimentary consultation via phone, is available when anyone downloads this price list to see if we are the right fit for each other. Then all correspondence is via email and Zoom.
What if I need something that is not on your price list?
That’s fine, I can accommodate your requirements. Complete the Contact Form on our website or email me at: email@example.com and I can give you a customised quotation for your specific project.
Why does design cost so much?
Branding and design is a major investment for your business. With each project there is a stage of steps including brainstorming, researching, sketches and multiple design concepts. You are working with an experienced professional in the design industry who has over 25 years experience and I can guide you to help take your business to the next level, so this investment ensures you to remain the leader in your industry.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Any project $1000 or below is to be paid in full before the project begins.
Any project $1,001 and over will be a 50% deposit before commencing the project and the remaining 50% at completion before any
artwork is released to the client.
How long does the process take?
Each project is different but as a guide, please allow up to:
• 2-4 weeks for small / medium sized projects. • 4-6 weeks for large sized projects.
I will keep you updated on the process of your design project. However, any changes to the design brief or additional work required, can affect the completion date. If you have a deadline, let me know when we first discuss so I can advise if this timeline is achievable.
Do you work with other businesses outside of botanical branding?
Yes I do work with other businesses, so contact me and we can see if we are a good fit together. I have worked with many industries over the years.
Can I share my project details and price with others?
All quotations and project details are unique to your business so therefore the agreement, terms, fees, design details and proofs of the project are strictly confidential and may not be discussed with any other company or third party. (This also includes sharing in Facebook group pages)
What are the terms of my project?
Once you have agreed to work with Wild Seed Design, I will email you your Welcome Kit which includes the terms and conditions of your project along with an agreement for you to sign.
Do you offer printing as well as design?
Yes I can arrange printing. I have 25 years of also being a print manager and I work with many fantastic print companies. We can discuss what you have in mind and quantities and I can arrange some quotes for you. All printing is delivered directly from the printer to you. Full payment is due prior to sending any artwork to print. All prices on my Price List exclude print costs.
When can I get in contact with you?
I am available via email Monday to Friday. Client consultations via phone occur on Mondays and Wednesdays by appointment only. I am not available on weekends or at short notice. Please allow 12-24 hours for return correspondence.
Who owns the copyright to my design?
The client assumes full copyright and reproduction rights upon full payment of a completed project. Wild Seed Design retains personal
rights to use completed projects and concept artwork for marketing purposes, social media and our website. Make sure you keep your artwork files in a safe place and make backups as it is now your responsibility.
Can I trademark my logo design?

Are the colours correct in the proof when I see it on my computer monitor?
All computer/laptop monitors are different so please know there will a slight variation to print as different colour techniques are used. I would suggest you taking the proof to your local copy and print shop and get a professional print done prior to approval. Never view proofs on your mobile phone as is too small too proofread and there will be a colour variation.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes I do.
Do you keep all my artwork on file?
Yes I keep everything I have created, however after one year and you are inactive, your client projects are filed and there will be a $90.00+GST file retrieval fee to source your artwork from my backup, admin and resend files again. Inactive clients that I haven’t heard from in 5 years will have their design work removed and deleted due to back up storage space.
